Aaron McGrattan - Investment Manager
Aaron is an Investment Manager at Yorkway Private, focused on deal origination and execution, and portfolio management across the firm's growth equity investments.
Since joining in October 2024, Aaron has been actively involved in the portfolio management of Infrastructure Advisory Group, Talent International and One Investment Group.
Prior to joining Yorkway Private, Aaron worked with PwC Australia and PwC UK in their Transaction Services practices, advising on transactions ranging from $100 million to over $2 billion across financial services, technology, media and energy for both prospective investors and corporate clients.
Aaron's transaction services background gives him a strong analytical foundation for assessing investment opportunities, with particular depth in financial due diligence, earnings quality and understanding the commercial drivers behind business performance, enabling him to critically evaluate new acquisition opportunities and support the ongoing performance of Yorkway Private's portfolio companies.
Aaron holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and Finance with First Class Honours from Newcastle University, England, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
