Prestige Inhome Care continues on growth path

Amid unprecedented demand and sweeping regulatory change in the industry, Yorkway Private investee business Prestige Inhome Care continues on its growth path with the recent acquisition of Omni-Care, one of Melbourne’s most trusted home-care providers.

The acquisition combines Omni-Care’s knowledge and community trust with Prestige’s wider support, clinical governance and operational systems, resulting in one of Melbourne’s strongest dedicated in-home care workforces, with over 200 support office team members and more than 1,200 carers.

Operating in a sector undergoing systemic shifts, Prestige Inhome Care has additionally acquired Vision Australia’s home care division and supported Mayflower’s exit from community based aged care within the last two months. This expansion enables Prestige Inhome Care to support more than 3,000 clients on the Eastern seaboard.

Prestige Inhome Care is positioned for further growth in the inhome care sector.
